I’ve been coming here for years and today was very disappointing! They were very unorganized with the orders they forgot to give me my drink, also forgot to give me my McDoubles That they thought was in my bag with a big order I placed had to give part of my order back. For the simple fact that they thought my order was in the bag when it wasn’t. The clerk had my fruit punch drink in her hand and did not even give it to! Horrible customers service and slightly rude!

There is only one reason as to why I added two stars instead of one. This McDonald’s used to be fast, and the workers used to be excellent. but recently, they’ve hired somebody new to work at the register and let me tell you not even being mean she is absolutely horrendous. The other day my mom was ordering and the lady kept on getting it wrong so of course my mom got a little bit agitated. The lady was then giving her attitude when she should learn that if she has a slow person, there is a reason as to why people begin to give her attitude in the first place when we go to the window and paid, my mom drove off and me and my friend saw through the window that the lady have rolled her eyes that is so absolutely rude and she needs to learn that she is not a well person and doesn’t do her job as it should be. The lady, although who gives a food is absolutely amazing. She make sure our food is fresh and everything is composed well please if you carry even a little bit about your customers McDonald’s change the register lady.

Lady at the ordering desk was rushing our order, sent the order over 6 times before we finished asking if that would be all multiple times. She even gave us attitude in her voice and sighed heavily over the mic. If you don’t have patience, don’t work customer service.
