If I can give this place a lower star I would. All the employees at this specific location are disrespectful and have absolutely no respect for their customers and them not wanting to do their job. I placed an order on doordash today and my dasher went in and they screamed at him saying there’s no order and I was on the phone with my dasher when this happened which is very unprofessional. I proceeded to call the store myself 5 times and no response and I called my dasher back and he told me he heard the phone ring. They need to train these employees better because this is unacceptable.

The cashier doesn’t know how to serve people and I got a attitude from the manager . I showed them my deal and some of them can’t even understand English correctly so they got my deal confused. All I wanted was my meal with a offer of chicken tenders and they almost charged me $15 when I was supposed to get something for $1. Basically have patience when you go there and if your order is messed up and you go back to tell them something they will get mad at you for going back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A MCDONALDS IVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! God prohibits the cashier don’t get your discount code because the manager will blame you for not showing the code in 2 secs since you drive into the window. They refused to void the transaction, they treated me like a child. The so called old lady manager has 0% training in customer service. You should either remove her from the manager position and get her back to the kitchen or just train her for 6 months and maybe she will treat customer like people and not dogs.
