Orlando airport MCDonald, asked to ketchup several times. Not only were there no condiments, no napkins, straws etc. Manager or shift lead for today was extremely rude and threatening. I told him customers have asked several times and have been waiting. He than told me he can refund me my meal and I told him really we are at the airport and several people have been asking for condiments. He than threaten to call airport security…. Over condiments.. it was laughable. I told him to please call airport security over ketchup and he “ pretended to call security”. How disgusting, he needs to be fired for his behavior.
