They are slow and have very little people skills. Everytime I get nuggets (almost always), they forget to put in the sauces after they’ve asked me which sauce I want with chix. also, they don’t allow the blender to do its job with Frappes. Way too many large pieces of ice in drink. One more thing, why is there a different manager every month at this location. That is a big part of what is wrong with this location, in my opinion.

My experience at McDonald’s was terrible. I came excited to try their famous ice cream, but to my surprise, it was never available. Additionally, when I tried to find someone to ask, there was no one at the counter to assist me. Not only that, but even after waiting for a few minutes, no one showed up to help me.

Rude staff. This is supposed to be 24/7. Got here at 11:30, waited for quite some time with other people in line. Then someone came outside with cones and forced everyone out of line. It’s ridiculous because there were enough people to make the food and help everyone. These people weren’t efficient and playing around on their phones. I get it that they hate their jobs but take some pride.

This location has progressively gotten worse over the years. They close their lobby at 9 pm. Even though it’s clearly posted in the door it’s 12 am. They do not accept card in the drive thru most nights. Most of the time they provide you with incomplete or inaccurate meals and the wait time is abnormally long for a fast food location. If it was for the consistency that McDonald’s offers I would not recommend this location and would recommend corporate to have a further look at this location.
