Been to this location a few times because it is the closest to my home. Kind of a hit or miss but not worth the risk anymore. Just drive a couple more miles to another location and you will be much happier. The facility is nice but the people working here are a bunch of goof balls. Go through drive through and all you hear is a bunch of cackling and have to repeat yourself because the person taking your order can’t focus. Ordered a Cheesy Jalapeño QPC and it was quite warm. The cheese sauce was a wax like solid adhesive for the jalapeños and their cheese slice slap game is weak (50% burger coverage)

The location is convenient, but they never make my meal correctly. I gave this place another chance, hoping to receive a McChicken with extra lettuce. However, they couldn’t even provide me with a decent bun and just the bare minimum amount of lettuce. The bun looks like someone chewed off part of it.

Very nice interior in this brand new McDonald building. Clean bathrooms and eating area. There is no self serve soda machine so you’re at the mercy of staff to get a drink refill. Food is now delivered at the table if you order by the all at the table. Kiosk ordering is also available. Food was mostly quick and got. They didn’t overfill the drink with ice. They were short a pie on my order and it took 39 minutes to get the last items to me after a second reminder. Staff isn’t happy refilling drinks so don’t drink fast.

Order through DoorDash, everything sealed as it should be. Got an entire order missing. No problem, DoorDash takes care of that. Ordered a double quarter with cheese and looks like someone digging all through my sandwich with their fingers!

I don’t know if it’s me or just the times I go, but I always have to wait an extra amount of time for my food. Meanwhile; other people behind me get their food and go. My wait time is usually 15-20 minutes.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First no one answered the drive-thru speaker after 5 minutes, so we opted to go inside. One hour from pulling in to leaving. They completely forgot our order and apparently other customers as well because other patrons were yelling and cussing. It’s a fast food restaurant so the bar is low, but damn this place is on a whole different level.

This was our first time at this location and all I can say is horrible staff and horrible food. This location just opened and it’s already not doing well. First of all, of course they don’t have ice cream. Then, they rushed us at the drive thru and even cut us off and stopped taking our order after only the first item. We had to continue placing the order with someone else. Then, we were told to drive around for the total. After waiting a few minutes at the first window, we pulled up. The employee gave us attitude for not paying at the first window. We told him we waited and can’t see in because of their decal on their windows. He responded by asking us how long we waited and told us next time to wait. We drove two minutes home and the food is cold and hard.

First time here, last time here. Service is non-existent. Staff hides behind the wall joking while half filled orders go untended to. I heard many conversations that I definitely didn’t want to hear haha. Only half my order came out. Then waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger while the rest of my order got cold. Now I know why the parking lot is empty at 6:30pm.

Absolute one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I come here several times a week because I live near by they always have me pull up and I end up waiting over 10 minutes for my food. The ice cream machine is always “down”! I do not recommend going to this location at all!

Okay I’m going to be very blunt. I dislike the new McDonald’s so much it’s almost hate. It’s very cold (not temperature) and so impersonal. You order your own food from the kiosk and stand around to wait for your food. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room and no employees were in the front area to let them know. We were finally given our food after waiting over 10 minutes and when we began to eat our sandwiches were not even cooked all the way through. I’ll NEVER use a self serve micky d”s again. I’ll go somewhere else. I understand the world is changing to more self-serve, but I enjoy the personal interactions with people and want to see who is preparing my food.
