Seriously I ordered off of door dash for the 2 cheeseburger meal 1 mcchicken 10 piece nuggets it takes an hour and a half to get to me food ice cold and McDonald’s has the audacity to give me old food burgers had no cheese meat was cold and old chicken looked old drink was melted I called up there to complain and I was told it wasn’t their problem to get over it…. R U SERIOUS!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE U 0 STARS I WOULD U DKNT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR

I want to say yall have the probably cleanest location and friendliest staff i have seen at any McDonald’s ive been to. You bring the food to the table, brought us condiments, asked if things were good, you practically treated us like family. Thats what pure customer service is about and i applaud the staff and their managers of this location.

This was absolutely disgusting, i orders a big mac meal, there was no lettuce on it it was plane, had cheese and little to no Mac sauce, the service was all over the place, no communication with the customers, i was standing there waiting for someone to come to the cashier took 10 minutes for them to get there. Then the atmosphere, the lady that checked me in was like all moody doing it, save with the servers. This place sucks, do not recommend. Also, one of my friends ordered at 5:30 and didn’t get her food until almost 6:05. The reason was because the Expresso machine was down and they never told her how long it would take.

I’ve been to this location 3x now. All 3 times I have been here, it is a mess. This most recent time was definitely my last. I’ll drive the extra miles to the next McDonald’s just to avoid this one! Yes, it is that bad. The girl at the drive-thru window was SO rude, asked me to pull up and wait, I waited 15mins for her to get the order wrong and then she told me I will have to go back through the long line to fix it. So I ended up giving up my incomplete meal so everyone could be more happy. I went to Wendy’s instead of back through the line. Wendy’s was perfect!

The one older lady behind the counter needs to learn her job and find a better attitude especially when she is the one that’s wrong. My daughter was trying to use the points she had saved up from the online ordering app and the lady left her name and points number on the register and gave all my daughters several thousand points she had saved on another gentleman’s order and would not even attempt to make it right. Not only is my daughter out of all the points she has been saving, she still didn’t even get her order. I asked for the manager but was told she wasn’t available and wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. She’s just fortunate my daughter is nicer than I am. Will not return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone. The employees, at this particular location, need to be trained on how to do their job correctly.

I hardly eat here because every time I do, it’s always something. Whether it’s bad attitudes, service, or food. So I choose to spend my money elsewhere. Well I was in need of a job and heard they were hiring. I attended orientation from 3-5p and was told to wait for the manager to come back and get our names and numbers. It was already passed 5pm. We waited there for about 15 mins for another women (not the manager) to have us write our info down and I had my ride waiting outside. They don’t have A/C so I had figured they had my info, I was trying to be respectful of my ride waiting. They had already been out there for 20 mins. So I had to leave. Never received a call back. I did get two emails two days after attending orientation asking for more info and even set me up for direct deposit. I tried calling their store number well over 10 times within the first week of attending orientation. Now I’m going on three weeks without a job because I thought it would be a quick process to get me on. I knew a current employee there and asked if she could see what’s going on with their phones because my calls will not go through. They still won’t to this day. Not sure if they unplug the phone around lunch because it won’t even ring now or if I’m blocked. But after asking the current McDonald’s employee to see what’s going on with their phones, I was told I had to contact the manager. How am I supposed to do that when your store phones won’t go through and I wasn’t given any contact information. In fact I wasn’t given anything. Shows me there’s better opportunities out there because this one’s not for me. I feel it could have been handled differently and by the review already online, I’m kind of glad it didn’t work out. Same reason I was leaving Waffle House. They need new management

Appeared to be short staffed. Took a while to receive my food. Was missing an item from my order. The play area was a decent size. The changing table in men’s bathroom almost fell when I was changing my daughter. Overall ok. Some employees were very nice and others just seem to wander.

This restaurant had a double drive-thru. Pulled in to order breakfast. No other cars were there. We were asked to wait a moment because they were away from their terminal. Another car had pull in next to us, and immediately they took the order of the other car while we waited. Sounded like the same voice. So we drove away and ate elsewhere. Terrible service.
