I am a local here. This is the worst that I have ever seen this restaurant. It was the worst I’ve run across anywhere in a long time. Everything was sticky in the fountain drink area there was flies all over the whole fountain drink area. It was so gross. There was soda all over the floor in front of machine cabinet. This had to have been there for several hours because it was very stinky rotten soda smell. The sweet tea was also gross. I did report it to the cashier. I hope they got this fixed and cleaned up quick. This is a very good little place to get some quick eats and very convenient location. I hate to see a good place go down. I do recommend this restaurant. I will returning again soon hoping for a better experience.

Not a friendly place at all. I was offered to place my order at a kiosk….the thing was dingy and dirty. The manager was attempting to fix a gift card and told me it would be a wait before they could take my order. So I might as well use it. Again….the kiosk was filthy!!!!!

Went thru the drive thru ordered a quarter pounder combo at 12: 44 . Paid at window, was asked to pull up. No big deal right! After 10 minutes, I went in and no one would help me, I asked a server to give me my money back , he claimed he couldn’t. No manger in sight. Finally at 1:00 I received my meal. Will never eat at this McDonald’s again.

In order to place a review I had to give at least one star..this store in Americus is a disgrace to the brand. Even the manager was pathetic..no apologies by anyone for anything..waited 20 minutes for a frappe and then told the machine is broken..lobby full of people just waiting on orders…nobody up front to greet or take orders. Avoid this store…

Not sure what has happened to Mickey Ds lately. Apparently SLOW food is the new normal. It literally took 20 minutes from the time on my receipt until my bag was in my hand. At 12:08… There was no one at the restaurant (apparently they all knew better).. I just ordered a McDouble with fries and a drink. No special crazy order. It took way to long to get food out!!! I hope McDonald’s fixes this issue soon!!!
