We ordered 3 Oreo McFlurries from the drive-through, and all of them were not even halfway full. When we went into the store to POLITELY ask for a little more, they were pretty rude about saying, “thats actually more than we usually give.” I don’t discriminate against size, but the serving was less than 3 inches. The only reason the food deserves two stars is because I was surprised the ice cream machine was actually working. Otherwise, the customer service was terrible, and we were severely disappointed with the food serving.

I come to this McDonald’s every morning. I like the environment and most of the employees are nice. The manager is cool and he will make sure u get took care of . I would have given them 5 stars but the frappe machine is tore up and it’s been tore up for like 2 weeks now maybe longer . I love a frappe in the morning with my breakfast. I don’t have anything bad to say about this McDonald’s at all tho.

I went there this morning at 8:00 and a lady wearing glasses was very disrespectful. We asked for the 2 for 4.95 menu and both asked for a bacon egg and cheese mcgrindle,mine without egg, and she didn’t ring it up correctly. When my boyfriend tried to correct her she started screaming through the intercom. Very poor customer service. As we paid her she said “that just made my day”. I don’t know her name but she needs to be fired.

This place is PACKED. Parked my car like I normally do at 745-8am to go inside and of course they have their doors locked. They really need to have ACTUAL managers here in the morning so they can write them up for this. It is ridiculous. If there was somewhere else I could go and still get my kids to school on time and get to my errands on time, I would go to the one on oconee. Smh. Do better.

I ordered ahead for breakfast before work and I ordered two sandwiches and a hash brown and the same thing for my mom. Everything was going smoothly but when we got there the lady that gave us our food could honestly care less and since we were in a rush we saw four sandwiches and the hash browns so we left but when I got home only one sandwich was correct. We had ordered three bacon egg and cheese McGriddles and one chicken McGriddle with cheese. We ended up receiving the chicken McGriddle with cheese, a sausage biscuit, a sausage McGriddle and a plain chicken McGriddle. I’m honestly quite sad with this.
