Every time I go to this McDonald’s the workers are disrespectful and act like it’s a chore to serve the customers. As of yesterday my boyfriend went through after work to pick up some dinner when he got home I opened my crispy chicken sandwich to find a quarter sized spot of GREEN MOLD on my bun. You can’t tell me the worker didn’t see it before packaging/ making. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Called the restaurant 7 times yesterday and 3 times today to no answer at all. Don’t go to this McDonald’s from the service to the food it’s disgusting.

Everyone except a few workers are nice. They always have an attitude about everything. There is even post on Facebook about the service and how rude the cashier’s are. I understand fast food is hectic but it cost nothing to smile. It’s your job to wait on me not get mad because I ask for napkins or a straw.

Customer service was decent. However, you do not get what you paid for. My drinks were half full as if someone had drunk my drink. I had to walk in to fill my own cup, the juice was flat due my drink had been sitting for awhile before receiving. I will be honest here, most McDonalds get your order in the drive thru wrong, but this one in Cochran, GA has a much higher percentage of getting it right, and for that, I’m appreciative. The food, however, is not great, but for a quick meal, it’s worth the stop there.

I ordered a large combo. The fries barely filled the container and the drink didnt have much ice. Plus it was the wrong drink. I was tired from driving all day so I didn’t say anything, but beware when coming to this McDonald’s. The drive thru people were too busy talking and laughing with each other instead of paying attention to the orders and customers.
