Not only did they get upset, they did not give me my order in happy meal boxes with the apple slices not did they give me my extra order of 6 piece nuggets. The staff isn’t very friendly. Sometimes the Earn Points drive thru # or the bar code comes back as an error or the Reward/Deal item that you selected is no longer there and you have to wait 59 mins to use another one. And when you say something to the staff, they say “I’m sorry but they ain’t nothing I can do about it” and your total is, please drive around to the 1st window… and guess what, the manager says the same thing. The time is a little bit of a wait.

The idea to order through the app is to expedite your order. At the time of posting almost 45 min since order has been paid for, tried calling the store, tried knocking on the door… went through the drive through and they questioned my order, but had me pull to the first parking spot after drive through…. I don’t mean to come across as a nit-picky individual, but completely unacceptable. Just finished grocery shopping, and figured I would swing in and grab dinner for the kids… guess not… came out from inside 20 min later and brought out 3 Big Macs and a chicken sandwich. Beyond upset….

Do not bother with this place. They screw up orders regularly. I ordered breakfast for delivery at 1046. When the delivery driver got there at 1110, he was told that they don’t serve breakfast after 1100. Customer disservice at its finest ☹️

This particular McDonald’s on Belair and Columbia Rd is what this rating is for. I have experienced consistent orders not being prepared as requested (example: no pickles or no onions) . Accompanied with long waits requiring us to have to pull up to a parking spot and wait. But this last visit was the worst. My son went to drink his sweet tea and there was dirt on the side and he said it tasted weird. So we opened the cup and found something floating in his drink. The staff tried to say it was a tea leaf. But I assure you it was not a tea leaf. Then when he took a bite of his burger it was not fully cooked inside. ( I understand some like their burgers pink, but this is McDonald’s and you expect it to be fully cooked. Especially for a child.) We have had too many experiences like this at this particular McDonald’s. Not just one time. I can not recommend this location to anyone. I will recommend going to a different location.
