There is a heavy set white lady that’s always packing drive thru and making frappes. I ordered a frappe and it tasted like it was mixed with a strawberry milkshake so I took it back to get another one and she said I would have to either wait or come back tomorrow because she had to clean the machine and it would take 2 hours. I know it only takes about 30 minutes to clean it and I told her that and I would wait. She clearly got an attitude and said what the hell ever. I waited 45 minutes and then noticed she was making them for drive thru. I asked the cashier guy if she had made my replacement frappe and I had been waiting 45 minutes. He said she never even cleaned the machine and asked her where my drink was and she said she told me to come back later and she thought I had left. I sat where she could see me and she looked at me a few times. He finally made it himself. Unbelievable!!!!

I messed up my own mobile order and they fixed it at the window even though I told them I’d take it since it was as I’d ordered it. That was super kind of them. They were so polite and quick even though it was late.

This was all the fried we get when ordering 2 large meals. They forgot one serving and the other one was half full, cold, undercooked and had no salt. We’ve been to this Mac a bunch of times as it’s the closest one but there is almost always something missing, they skimp on fries EVERY TIME and it’s usually old too.

The morning staff is AMAZING, fast, friendly, don’t mess your orders up. Lately when I have gone at night tho it’s a VERY different story. We got stuck in drive thru for 45m only to get to the window. And not be given my receipt. Then mess up my food order. Have the girl trying to hand me cookies instead of my order. Made me repeat my order 5x. Again in the morning NEVER had an issue. But as of lately this seems to be the theme with the night staff. Last week we went and were stuck waiting for 30m in drive thru (there was barely any customers mind you) but the crew working was too busy talking amongst themselves to help the customers. Extremely rude as well.
