There is no reason for the drive through to look like this when there is at least 5 people on staff. It’s like rhe staff no longer cares or have a sense of urgency once the dining room closes. A staff member nonchalantly walked through waiting cars to go and meet with a parked friend…leaving the car with a fishing pole. It just crazy how people apply for the job but don’t want to do the job.

Horrible customer service, I’m not surprised they way they talk to customers is sad! No one was rude to the workers, They acted as if they were doing you a favor! Shame on you, Mickey D’s. I was just observing the interactions. The rest rooms were nasty toilet paper all over the floor.

My order started over twice from 11:30pm to 12:20am. The driver kept changing, and Then instead of receiving a 1/4 pounder with cheese MEAL, a single cold filet o fish was delivered. McDonalds also will not answer their phone.

I just pulled up at this McDonald’s I drive a Box truck for a company that work for the State that supplies our kids with fruits and veggies. All I wanted was to buy something to eat before I start my day and the answer was NO. Because I was in my Box truck I couldn’t order at the window and the doors was still locked so I couldn’t walk in. The drive Thru lady was rude and the manager didn’t want to come to window. Never will I send another dime at McDonald’s.

They need to pay more attention to orders. Some people make special order because they don’t like it. Even when I doordash they always mess up my order. Going in person they mess up my order. Like if I pay the extra please get it right.

6/26/23 – Just a really bad experience. The service was very slow, the employees were not friendly or caring. The restrooms were in really bad shape and there was no soap – both dispensers were not working! I’m really sorry I’ve visited this location.

First time stopping at this McDonald’s location. I was in the drive-thru maybe 7 minutes. From ordering to receiving my food. While there I noticed about 10 deers across the street in a fenced area grazing. After getting my food which was hot (especially the ), I parked in the parking lot and ate with my youngest son and watched the deer and the airplanes take off and land for about 45 minutes. Great location and food was good.

They gotta get better with their service. I’ve never had a great timely experience here. They are rude and unprofessional. Never coming to this location, ever again! I tried. Sorry not sorry. Do better guys!

If you like to wait 30 minutes in line at drive-thru, after you try going inside to order waiting 15 minutes to only hear workers cussing out each other and refusing to take your order… Well this is the location for you! Nevermind the Guy I walked into in the bathroom, “or ran away from” just peeing on the floor. Atleast I wasn’t charged for that, but it’s sadly an image I fear permanently stored in my brain now. Truly Unreal….. Good luck if you visit!
