Avoid this place. Definitely not a place for dine in. Did not like the way food is given to us for dine in. tray is not covered with any sheet and how would they expect us to have tomato sauce with fries. Smoothie are pathetic, its just served like a crushed ice. Just wasted time and money.

2 days in a row there were issues with my order, but today’s was by far the worst fast food experience I think I’ve ever had. After yesterday, I had been served moldy bacon today, and I ordered using the mobile app for pick up. My order was a caramel frappe, 2 iced coffees 2 double cheese burgers, a small fry, a strawberry pie, and a double cheese jalapeño quarter pounder I parked and waited at the 20-minute mark. I was getting frustrated, and finally, at the 30-minute mark, the lady came out with a sweet tea and two mchickens. Yea, wrong order, buddy, so I will wait another 20 minutes and finally have to go inside.

Waiting almost 25min for a double quarter pounder because they had to cook the meat. I get home and had half of my burger. Something did not taste right. When I looked to check half of my burger was raw. Please see pictures attached.

Avoid at all costs. Waited thirty minutes for the fast food ordered by mobile app. They made mistakes on the order and I was not acknowledged by the staff. The french fries were cold. Now I know if there is a line, just don’t bother. There’s an Arby’s across the street.

Stopped at this McDonald’s today for lunch and the drive thru was long so I decided to park and go in. Went inside and the cashier was friendly I ordered a lot but I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes my order came right up. The manager on duty wore a shirt that said Garland I’m not sure if that’s his name but he was very supportive of his team he told them GOOD Job several times in my short time there. Everybody seemed happy with doing their job. I really like this kind of customer service especially when the manager is being a team player and not just micro managing. By the time I came out the line had disappeared. They are usually pretty quick at this location which is why I exited off Moreland to go to this one instead of the one by my house …

Stopped by to get a coffee on the way to work (~6:45). Line in the morning is generally slow, so I initially didn’t think anything of the time it was taking to move the drive through. However, I started to wonder about 10 minutes in why I hadn’t moved at all.I was stuck between cars so I couldn’t leave. After about 20 minutes a delivery driver came out of the store to tell the line that there was no one working. This location is 24 hours and all lights in the store and on the drive through were on. Understand stuff happens, but turn the lights off or leave a sign on the doors and drive through?
