The kiosk was a disaster, with no pictures on the menu screen, and got stuck. I asked for a coffee the cashier told me that they don’t have, I asked for orange juice, and they don’t have it. I asked for Ketchup, and there was no ketchup. I asked for only the sandwich, I got the whole combo, I asked for 2 big Macs. I got only one, no water on the bathroom and no soap, etcetera and etcetera. Tables were dirty, worst experience on Mac Donald’s not blaming on crew (I got a free coffee, at least cashier didn’t charge for it, I didnt got my change back, because they didnt have coins!!), only on the management.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment I arrived to place my order, the woman taking orders for the first window at around 11:30 had the worst attitude, very short and rude. My order was 2 my chickens with SLIVERED onions, tomato and cheese. 2 shakes and a large fry with ranch and honey mustard. When I arrived to the first window we were told they were only giving digital receipts. And would not be able to provide a physical one. I moved on the second window to receive my food and my shake had syrup at the bottom and was not mixed properly. Sandwiches came with dehydrated onions instead of slivered, I requested them to be remade only to receive 2 sandwiches with only slivered onions. I went to let the them know this wasn’t my original order and “India” the African American woman with a blue shirt and jeans told me that that’s not what was ordered and walked away. I spoke with someone else and they gave me the original sandwiches with dehydrated onions. I’m not sure if they removed these from the trash or what, I’m extremely unhappy with this interaction and will be seeking further action.

The employees were very rude and were trying to get through orders quick but without care. I was standing there for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. I asked for one of my drinks to have no ice but they still have me ice. And when I asked for my caramel frappe, they gave me a small instead of the medium I paid for. And I asked for sauces, where are my sauces???? If you want good food and great service, just go to the Chick-fil-A next to it ♀️

Service was good they were training which I totally support for. It was strange seeing the girl handing off food was eating fries. But when I received my sandwich the bottom of the bread was hard like a cracker. Did you really not have a fresh bun? Or was it just sitting under the warmer too long. That’s supper petty to serve someone at $10 a meal. But having not eaten in over 24 hours I just ate it without that part.

The staff decided to only accept orders at the window. They actually came on the speaker to say pull around to order at the second window, meaning the window you usually pick up your order. Being that there were about 5 cars in front of me, I decided how to wait. I was thinking it couldn’t be that bad. The way the cars were waiting, it was impossible to get out once in the line. It took at least 45 mins from sitting in line, ordering and receiving the order. If you do not want to work, then don’t. Instead of making up rules as you go to simply make customers leave. Never again.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I am not from here so figured I would try it and I got the worst service possible. I mobile ordered only to get stuck in line because if I didn’t pick up the order I would get no refund. The food was not good, service was terrible, and overall experience was a 0/10. Waited to get to the speaker for almost an hour, then got told to go to second window after trying to explain I had a mobile order and was going to ask about the refund. Then waited another hour to receive it! Honestly needs to be shut down coming from someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry my whole life.

Went to the McDonald’s on Thornton rd this morning. With my wife for breakfast ordered the #5 sausage and egg and cheese sandwich. Instead, we forgot to check the food before we left and got home. Received bacon, egg,and cheese sandwich. They,were rushing preparing the food so be careful everyone. Any, restaurants check your food.

We sat in line @ 11pm for over an hour. Insane. No excuse. And the food was awful. Not that I expected McDonald’s food to be great. An hour?!?!? How and why would that even happen?!?!? This restaurant location should be shut down. And no refund or discount offered for having to wait so long.

If I could give this less stars than one I would. Every time I give this McDonald’s a try something dumb happens.I placed an order through my online app for curbside sat in my curbside spot for 20 minutes waiting on my order to come out. Then I figured perhaps they’re too busy to bring me my order or maybe they’re shorthanded so I went to the door to go inside to see if I could get my order and come back out. I looked at the door, the sticker on the doors said the dining room was open till 11. It was 10 o’clock I pull on the handle. It’s locked. I then go back to my car to my app. Look up the phone number for tge store to get help the phone number is giving me some sort of error message saying that it’s basically unavailable. I got no help, I got no food. I have a car full of kids with no food but they have my money. Bottom line just skip it and go to a different store.
