This McDonald’s can be hot and cold on the quality of food and service. There is one crew usually lead by a Hispanic male that are excellent, and then the group that just shows up. They do not follow the special orders and always screws things up, like order hi C orange and get Fanta orange soda. It could be much better for group B. I go to this location because I frequent Tractor Supply Co and my kids ask for it. I’ll go out of my way from now on I had to ask the Afro guy at the drive thru window three times for sauces and the last time he said “oh ya I got it” walked around aimlessly and the stood with his back to the window and started chatting with the female employees so I just drove away. Wasn’t getting all my kids out of the car just for the sauce. Dude was either stoned or just completely clueless.

McDonald’s in Hickory Flat consistently screws up my order. I honestly don’t know why it’s so hard to get a Double Quarter Pounder with NO CHEESE. The employees sit around talking, don’t care about the customer, and are generally the laziest, most apathetic and uncaring excuse for human beings I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. The large fry was just a small fry in a large box. This particular McDonald’s seems to disappoint at every opportunity. Other McDonald’s are not rhis bad. But this place made me quit McDonald’s for over two years inspite of its convenience. I hate McDonald’s because of this one location.
