I ordered 2 fries and sandwiches without the meat. All my food had the meat on it. Instead of 2 small fries they thought they were clever to give me 1 medium but it was for 2 people!!! I said I ordered 2 fries this is for 2 people and they just stared at me. They were also very very slow!!! I called the store and no one answers. I want a refund! I’ve only been to this location twice and they made picture perfect sandwiches. I was impressed with how they made their sandwiches. Neatly stacked ingredients between clean and glazy buns. Couldn’t help but take a picture. Drive through waiters were very pleasant and courteous unlike some of the other locations around here.

This fast food restaurant is always busy but the staffs move lines pretty fast, they’re encouraging customers to use the ordering machine if you come in, but sometimes they do take your order in person when they’re not too slam making the orders. The facility is McDonald’s standard with children play area but I feel this particular restaurant needs some care, some of the booth were torned, bathroom has no napkins to wipe your hands dry and the floors feel sticky. However I always find the staff are nice and helpful.

The drive through attendant was very unpleasant. We ordered a fish fillet combo he only gave sandwich hen we told him it’s combo he was rude about it ad wouldn’t change it… we asked to speak to manager he came the cashier was saying to him “please don’t fire me” as a joke. Food was meh. Staff took their time taking care of my order. In general, the staff was really disorganized and not really putting any effort in. I don’t mind staff who listen to music or talk with one another, but hearing staff discuss horribly inappropriate topics while next to the drive thru window is not cool. Extremely short staffed. Sense of urgency is not here. I ordered for curbside but took almost an hour to get my food. The first time they brought out food it was incorrect. And the second time I went inside to retrieve my food which is still incorrect. Staff was bickering, arguing and cussing between themselves pretty loudly. And blaming whomever was at fault for being slow and doing things incorrectly. This store need some serious help. I work in food I know what it’s like to be short-staffed but I also know about I can professional and with a sense of urgency when it comes to being short staffed and this store location really sucks at it.

I went to this McDonald’s today with my grandson and the food was delicious and picture perfect as one reviewer stated. I ordered two Big Macs no pickles, two large sweet tea’s light ice, and a large fry. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and they actually made it with light ice as requested!!! It’s been a while since I have been to a fast food restaurant and everything was prepared as ordered, freshly cooked and good as well.
