You would think that this McDonald would be pretty decent since it looks appears to be clean. But no the costumer service was horrible and the workers had an attitude for no reason. Such as when I asked for an extra cup with my order and they just gave me a cold look. Also there are roaches roaming free around the play area. And if they are flourishing in that zone then they are definitely in the kitchen. FDA where are y’all?

I just left this mc Donald at 9.45pm just to get a caramel frappe. After the long drive I was so disappointed at the trash i was served., watery filled with crunches of ice and tasteless. Inspite of the increase. I was going to go back to request a refund but I was already half way home b4 I tasted it. Pls just follow the recipe n stop serving trash. This is second time ds McDonald has served me poorly made frappe

I ordered thru kiosk and waited with tag no 760. A maid called 670 so I asked her back she meant 760. Repeatedly she called 670 never accepted her mistake and bluntly put cups on the table with attitude like “take it or leave it.” I called the other guy and complained about her horrible service but he looked not pay big attention to it. Both guys never told me anything like sorry.

Wow! Placed a really simple order of a medium sweet tea and four piece nuggets (for my dog). Got to the window and they said $5.86, no problem paid $5.86 and pulled to the next window. Woman hands me a bag and I said I still need the sweet tea, she said $1.92, I said I already paid for the tea, she said it wasn’t on the order, I looked in the bag and saw nuggets and fries, I handed the bag back and said this is not my order (just thought they gave me someone else’s order) she got another woman and she just said $1.92, I once again said I already paid 5.86, she said that’s not what her screen says, show me your receipt, I told her I did not get one he just gave me 15c back, I did not order any fries just the tea and 4 nuggets, and she just said I have to pay for tea, I understand English is not her first language but now she was getting testy, I asked that she get someone else and the guy now standing behind her said just give him a sweet tea, she refused and walked away. They had to go get a fourth person to correct the order and he said we are not perfect we make mistakes, I assured him I understood and all I wanted was the correct order.
