Macdonald’s in Indian land SC! I don’t think anybody can re-design Macdonald’s better than Macdonald’s! With very little increase in price this Macdonald’s is giving it’s customer the best value for dining in! Please park your car and come enjoy the great work they put into their dining space! Even the bathroom hallway is detailed. They are very short staff so please be patient, I saw the manager had to pack 6 orders at the same time being yelled at by customer.

So customer friendly, clean dinning area, as well as a extra clean restrooms!!!! Kind a curiosity employee’s!!! Also enjoyed all our food was fresh not heavy in grease….one of the best meals I have ever had from a McDonald’s ever, and I am in my 40s lol

Fries are absolutely horrid. I return them once they came back the 2nd time the exact same way and I tried to return them again but they just kept telling me that they were the. Way that’s supposed to be they were not. They made me sick and throw up several times throughout the night. The guy was working with me and you’re not getting sick as well a few hours after me old grease perhaps something something one right? Listen to your customers next time

I was excited for this location in Indian Land. However, I have made up in my mind to stop going to this location. Waited in drive thru with no cars for a long time before anyone came to speaker, on several occasions. When you speak or say Thank you workers don’t respond. Food cold, fries never hot and fresh. Charged wrong, lie and say out of sweet tea when asked for a gallon. An employee later confessed they lie to customers about sweet tea, to lazy to fill the gallon. Sad, sad, sad. So much potential for this location and just POORLY ran.

Luke warm, limp fries. Luke warm deluxe quarter pounder on a dry, stale bun. I don’t expect a culinary experience when I go to McDonald’s but I expect consistency, which is the main reason people go to McDonald’s. I go 2-3 times a year for a quick fix. This visit has put me off.

Apparently the owner keeps increasing the cost to eat here. We get the same thing every Saturday but on today’s visit they told my husband that combos no longer come with drinks??! And everything was marked up. Price inflation based off the owner, i will not be giving this location my money anymore!

Came in on a Wednesday evening and ordered two of there triple cheeseburgers when I opened them up they were only double cheeseburgers not sure if they were trying to save a buck or what but when I gave them the sandwiches the lady asked for our name and gave us a rude attitude about them messing up our order. On top of the let the dining section was barely cleaned and after one of there workers finally got to cleaning it there was still plenty food left on the tables as if she didn’t care if it was cleaned or not, I just figured if you’re going to clean finish what you started, mind you this was not during a busy hour maybe 2-3 cars in the drive thru and about 2 other customers inside. I know you can’t expect too much when coming to a McDonald’s but this is by far the worst McDonald’s in the southern Charlotte area.
