You serve the driest mcdouble of any mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. I’m sure it’s not up to standard bc last time I called to complain I was told that the ketchup dispenser was messed up. Quit trying to save money by screwing people on their ketchup. The bun is also dry and slightly stale. Def not a fresh bun. I get mine with Mac sauce and it was still so dry I had to use ketchup from home Yall need to get it together.its fast food, not rocket science

I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes after being told that they would be with me shortly, I ended up having to call the store and tell them I was still there. I could hear the person who answered the phone yelling at another worker as he proceeded to hang up on me. After giving my mobile order code, I was told to go to the window where we were told to pull up and continue to wait longer. A lady finally came with our food. She was very nice and to my surprise the order was correct. Overall, the experience took over 25 minutes.

The food and service were excellent. However the women’s bathroom had one stall with no paper, the other one was stopped up leaving one stall in service. I did tell staff about needing toilet paper, but never saw anyone attend to it while I was there. This was around 11 too so I’m sure they had a busy morning. Overall we love this McDonald’s and visit here every trip down.

This McDonald’s is really not good. Food is fine but service is slow. It’s like they are very understaffed or something. They really won’t take care of you at the counter. They expect you to do the kiosk by yourself. I seen a handful of people come up to the counter and just stand there for ever…then finally stare aimlessly at the kiosk screen.

You could get breakfast faster if you went to the grocery store, shop for all the items, went home took a nap and cooked it yourself. Stood the register for 20 minutes. Never got an order in.Terribly slow, go early, if you go by 6 AM you might get served by 10 AM.

Waited way too long in drive thru for food, I was the only car there.. then went inside and ask what was going on only to find it was ready just sitting there and no one bringing it to the window. Not even a big order.. don’t get how McD corporate let’s these franchises continue to operate. Where is your pride.

For the first I went to a McDonald’s and had a great experience! The manager was working hard to make sure his employees were running a tight ship! I appreciate it and it didn’t go unnoticed! Good job McDonald’s!

The food was prepared very poorly. Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever stopped at. Big Mac was drowning in special sauce and about a third of ingredients were outside the buns. Inside of box was at least a tablespoon of sauce smeared next to sandwich. On the top of box was another big glob of sauce. And the worker served it to us at our table and apparently thought this was ok. And the quarter pounder with cheese was not cooked. I have never received a raw hamburger at a McDonald’s. Told a worker and she said she was sorry, but no offer to fix the problems. This place should be shut down for more training!
