This is best McDonald’s in the area hands down, maybe the state. The worst experience I’ve ever had is a longer wait because there was literally one person working, but it was worth the wait because the food was hot fresh and made well. This location always has a long wait time, so I decided to use the mobile app to save time. I ordered and arrived a half hour later and waited a few minutes for calling to see why no one had been out to give me my ordered as I followed all mobile instructions. I was informed by the employee that they will not do curbside pick up despite the numerous advertisements for such all over the building and parking lot. I asked why they offer it if they refuse to honor it. I was told it was a liability from “corporate”…. corporate who apparently controls the app as well as all store policies…obviously that does not make sense. So all I can gather is that this McDonald’s does not follow corporate policy. Will be going to a McDonald’s who does follow its franchise’s policies.

The drive-thru line was backed up, so I went inside. There were several people waiting on orders in there as well. A lady was ahead of me, and we both waited for several minutes before someone acknowledged us. She was placing an older for the next morning. After they took her order, they walked off again, came back a few minutes later, and took my order. I was inside for approximately 6 minutes to get 1 order of a large French fry. The person waiting for curbside came in to get their order while I was in there. I heard one of the employees ask another why he came in if it was curbside, their response was, “guess we didn’t have anybody to take the food out.” Hmm

Just spent over 20 minutes of my day waiting on my curbside order. Finally had to go into the restaurant because so many people had already been through the drive thru and received food. My food was sitting on the counter. I got a “sorry about that!” and my food was handed to me. I have now wasted 30 minutes waiting for COLD McDonald’s. Do better.

I just started stopping at this location every morning for breakfast and they are on top of things. Drive thru lady is efficient and to the point while still being nice and this is appreciated as it makes this location dependable to get me in and out of the drive thru so I make it to work on time. Food is always fresh as well-the hash browns are on point!
