Ordered on the app: steak, egg, and cheese bagel combo, with a Sausage Mcmuffin. Food prepared and served very quick. Generally, the employees up front getting orders out, or taking orders at register, have zero personality and do not even say hello or greet you when you come in. But, you get used to the blah atmosphere after so many years. At least the food is good.

8 out of 10 times my order is missing something. If my order is good.. the food is old. I literally (most of the time) would rather drive 15 minutes away to go to another McDonalds. I really want to ask the manager what is going on…Because out of the three McDonald’s near by, every one in Havelock agrees this is the worst one.

Eat here often but that day service and food were horrible, food was cold….cold! They did not put a straw or napkins in the bag. I was on my 30 min. Lunch break so I didnt have the time to go back and complain. Normally I’m happy with the service and food

My sandwich was burnt. I tried to eat what I could but the burnt flavor was overpowering even in the egg and sausage. I didn’t open my food until I was home but very unhappy someone would even think its okay to bag this up. Not okay.

I visit this McDonald’s every morning and the manager goes out of her way to please her customers. They constantly clean the store and I always get fresh food at this location. I rarely rate a McDonald’s but this McDonald’s is managed well. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience great service.
