Dear Chapman family…your restaurant in Ayden is the worst. The entire staff needs to be replaced. I order a happy meal for my granddaughter and when I got home the box was empty. No box with the nuggets in at all. No box of nuggets at all….incredible. Went back to the store …I asked for the shift manager ,as told when I called the store, and one of the cashiers went to get her. He came back and told me that she said she would be with me in a minute because she was doing something. I waited for her to come to talk to me. Only came when I stepped passed the counter to say excuse me. The manager came and apologized and pulled a 4 piece nuggets from the warmer. …….really…I was speechless….whatever happened to customer service…. One of the other employees was texting on his phone. Do you know how many germs are on the phones that you use every day? He was cooking and texting. Another employee was rubbing on his face. I mean McDonald’s has gone down. The food costs way to much for any of the shenanigans.

I was charged twice.. I went through drive thru on July 3rd around 10:30pm, it took 5-10 minutes to get order taken, once I reached the board (only 2 other cars in driver thru ahead of me). I ordered, and asked for something I saw on my app, lady told me she needed my drive thru code from my app to purchase that, I gave it to her, she then says she doesn’t see the deal (that I’m clearly looking at on my app), so I was like never mind and ordered something else. I got to the first window to pay, $26.45, I gave the lady $30.00 in cash. I watched her use her phone to give me back my change, which should have been $3.55, she gave me $3.30, I didn’t say anything and pulled to the 2nd window to get my food. Ok, I wake up on the morning of the 4th and check my card, as I always do, my app says -$26.45 from McDonald’s in Ayden. I went to the store and spoke with a manager. She took my name, number and even gave her my exact order and price of order. She went and checked and said she didn’t see anything but she would contact the manager from the night before. I eventually had to call her back that afternoon. I was told they didn’t have any transactions for that amount from that night and because it said pending on my app to wait until the 5th to see if it went back. I wake up, check app and it was taken. I immediately called the store and was told they don’t have any transactions for my card and they can’t do anything. I called my bank card and disputed the charges. This McDonald’s needs new staff, they are messy and extremely unorganized..

Those young girls are disrespectful sum of my family complains the girls that work in the kitchen have attitudes and they do. I just walk in for icecream in the cup for my son the girl come come back with the cone sitting on top the icecream. I said my son just wants icecream in a cup and no cone. The girl just looks at me and said just take it out. So I stood there for minute because she was be sarcastic and disrespectful in front my son and I ask another girl for a cup of icecream in a cup. So I guess one of the girls got the manager I’m so glad she did cause the manager got my order of icecream right for my son with no problem. I said it’s just that simple a icecream in a cup. I dnt usually go in Ayden area but just in the area with sumone else. But I won’t be back with being disrespected. I have my own business and I treat people with respect and have a understanding with customers. Management needs to talk to there employees about respecting others.

Food was hot and fresh, the curbside service was slow. One they got to my car, they forgot my drink. The employee happily went back and got the drink and brought it out quickly.

Came here for breakfast and this location is terrible. They don’t accept coupons on the app and the lines are long. The customer service is sub-par and rude. The food handler would have orders ready and not call out numbers unless you ask and then she would get annoyed by it. I guess people are mind readers to know their order is ready. This location shares a spot with a gas station so expect a wait. My egg McMuffin is sub-par and cold..also how hard is it to put the cheese and egg between two pieces of bread? McDonald’s you can do better than this….

Horrible experience, didn’t give back the right change, not once but twice by the shift manager,she was texting while screwing up our correct money refund! Then told her it was wrong again and she just walked away!! Rude and didn’t get the food right!!

The whole time waiting for are food staff was constantly argutalkimy about fighting one another using profanity. The wait for my order was long. Wish this place would shape up will be going to Greenville for now on
