Okay so my two spicy chicken sandwiches were fantastic and hot but my third regular chicken sandwich was not what it was supposed to be at all.. Instead it was two undercooked McChicken patties with no sauce and two dried out pickles 🙁 .. I’m saddened by this honestly like come on guys and I sat and waited in the Uber for 10 minutes..

I arrived here 5 minutes before open. Once 6am hit I knocked to have the door open for me since my truck can’t fit through the drive thru. Staff proceeded to ignore me and take orders for 3 drive thru customers who showed up after I did. I decided not to order because of this experience. This location normally has great service but today not so much.

Men’s bathroom was disgusting. No soap, the sink was filled with sand and the floor dirty. Wet toilet paper was everywhere. Evidently, someone had washed in the bathroom. We were there for at least 45 min. No personnel came close to the bathroom to clean it.

Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s. I placed an order in the drive-through window at 9:31 PM. By 9:55 PM I had to get out of my car and go into the store because they still had not brought out my food. I finally got my food at 10:09 PM. 40 minutes for food at this McDonald’s is unacceptable.
