Awful service. Waited in the drive thru line a little after 10 pm, many cars. When we got to the speaker we were waiting for service for nearly 10 mins. We could hear some unprofessional chatter at a low volume thru the speaker, someone finally came on and said they were closed? I guess someone made an “executive” decision to just suddenly close wasting the time of all the remaining waiting cars at like 10:14pm? The posted business hours shows 11pm? I’m sure the management won’t care given the many low ratings here but if I was the owner I would certainly get my house in order. My family will certainly not be returning to that particular store.

Walked into this McDonald’s and placed our order. When we went to select a table ALL of them were dirty. I told one of the employees, who was standing doing nothing, that the tables needed to be cleaned off. She said what did you say. I repeated myself! She gave me a look and walked back to the kitchen to repeat it to another employee. They stared at me and did nothing. I am here 20 minutes later the tables still need to be cleaned. This is disgusting! It shows the type of employee that McDonald’s has.

Ordered on the mobile app and when I came in I was completely ignored for 30 minutes. Girl even helped another man that came in after me and didn’t say a word to me. My order sat there for 30 minutes getting cold before they acknowledged me to let me know it was this unmarked bag on the counter. Then they tried to give it to me and the girl looked annoyed that I asked it to be remade because it sat there for 30 minutes getting cold as I was ignored. They were busy so I didn’t know if it was ready or not and I was trying not to be rude, but completely ignoring someone standing there at the mobile pickup counter for 30 minutes is ridiculous. (Especially if you help someone else who came in afterwards.) Shameful.
