Stopped by today for lunch and was greeted with more than one smile. My food came out quick and I was able to cool off in a nice CLEAN building. Bathrooms were up to par as well. If I’m gonna stop at a McDonald’s in the area from now on it will be this one.

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium fry. When I looked in my bag the container was only about 1/3 of the way full and the fries were freezing cold. I wish I caught this before I left. If just a few fries were missing I wouldn’t be concerned but this was a significant amount.

Apparently putting the primary part of a sandwich on the sandwich is hard… consistently one of the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Everything else was wrapped up sloppy and I have had multiple other previous orders at this location be wrong, cold, or slapped together. I dont expect much from fast food, but this is just laughable.

Most of the time when I come to this location I’m serviced by the same young lady, dark hair at the drive thru window and she always smiles and greets even if she has a rough day she tries her best to make sure we are happy with everything. Recently I went and ordered a shake with no whip and a different person was at the window and the shake clearly had whip in it and it was just kind of mixed down into the shake to make it look better instead of remade without whip. I’m glad I don’t have any dietary sensitivity to it or anything because it’s just whipped cream-but it’s the principle of the service difference. I’ve never had that issue with my “normal” girl. I still come to this location, no grudges held, just something I’ve noticed.

Spoke to morning manager in frustration since my boyfriend was hired on and finished orientation schedule app hasnt been updated and the employment offer letter hasn’t been provided. We emailed called and requested several times. I said the f word I was hung up on by the manager. I called back multiple times was refused the gms number the manager on duty wouldn’t provide her name. I told her this incompetentence is unacceptable and my boyfriend will not work here because this is downright disrespectful. I have to physically come to the store to demand the gm number and now my boyfriend doesn’t want to work there afterthis interaction.

This place is bad but a poor representation of McDonald’s. It’s dusty, dirty, and I’ve heard customers/employees say they didn’t pass the last inspection. Also have never seen, nor have any knowledge of cleaning their ice cream machine. Even Google states it should be cleaned once a day due to the dairy. I’ve asked; it’s been weeks now. No one on any shift has seen it cleaned outside of inspection time. Don’t let this location fool you with its new tech design. It’s dusty and behind the counter seems scarier. The cover to this book looks so good.

Says open 24 hours, but really, don’t bother in the evenings. Laziest employees I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve been told that they weren’t taking orders before because they were alone and it was too hard to walk back and forth between the locations. Drive through goes unanswered at night. Stayed in line for 5 minutes, and two cars behind me for 3 or 4 more, but the drive through was unresponsive. I kinda camped out in the parking lot for a while because I didn’t have anything better to do, and yea, they’re in there, I see them walking around, they just don’t want to work.

Stood at register for 5 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me. Manager sitting at a front table doing paperwork ignored me as well. I rarely go to mcdonalds for this reason. The people working are usually always very rude and short with you. I’ve experienced rude teenagers and even adults who cut you off mid sentence while ordering to ask “ is that all?”. As well as receiving eye rolls and exaggeration when I ask for a recipe lol.
