Door locked to the lobby 35 minutes before ya’ll are suppose to close. Please change your hours of operation or stay open until you say you are. Was here to pick up a doordash order snd should have been able to quickly walk in and out with the order. Instead it’s been 15 minutes and I’m just now getting to the drive-thru speaker. Absolutely unprofessional and rediculous. Probably lost a lot if revenue by doing this and I know from experience this is not the first time this has happens at this location. Might want to tighten up on your shift leaders

I tried to order food from two employees who were currently busy holding up the counter. They pointed at the self service kiosk and said, “you have to do it yourself.” I tried ordering but the machine was not functioning correctly. And yes, l am technically savvy and no it was not user error. Hungry, l went outside and ordered through the drive through. Burger, fry and coke was $10.00. All of the food was cold, stale and tasteless. Obviously been sitting around a long time. Even if you love other McDonalds avoid this one at all costs. PLEASE NOTE: This review is for the McDonalds at Blakeney Shopping Center. Not the one in Wesley Chapel.

Do not drive through on a Saturday morning early!! I mean 6:30 early. They don’t turn the lights on outside, menu is often blank and the ladies inside are THE RUDEST with every order. They greet you with “Go with your order” and never say the traditional “Welcome to McDonald’s May I take your order”…or even a thank you. The food is cold and the service is horrible. I do stop there on the way to work during the weekdays and they are very nice and pleasant. I will not return on a Saturday..Dunkin across the street…here I come

I have ordered multiple times from this McDonald’s on doordash and three times I have never gotten my chicken nugget sauce until last time I got three packets of sauce for 18 nuggets will never order from this McDonald’s again and I will be calling the corporate office to put a complaint in avoid this McDonald’s at all cost whether you’re going there to eat or ordering from doordash especially if you’re ordering from doordash you will not get what you pay for I promise you that they will “accidentally leave something out”
