I just went there to get some food for my mom and kids. I ordered a “Large Iced Coffee”. I got a medium cup, instead and asked if I wasn’t supposed to get a bigger cup. The lady on the window said she didn’t know, she asked someone else, and according to her, “the boss” or manager said that was the right size for a large iced coffee. I asked to speak to him, because I paid for a large, and that was definitely not the large, he approached the window, and said that it was the “large sized cup” for an iced coffee, he said “can’t you read on the cup that says “large?”. The on duty “manager”, today 02/05/23 at 5:00pm was the rudest manager I have ever seen, he just kept saying “oh sorry, oh sorry” while closing the drive through window on my face. I was never rude or either disrespectful at any given time. I was all the time asking for what I paid for, and wondering why they wouldn’t help me. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for a while (who hasn’t?) and have ordered plenty of times iced large caramel coffee, because that’s what I order the most, and I’m 100% sure it was a bigger cup, and I paid for a bigger one. Here you can see the pictures of the coffee I got. It’s “large” for specialty McCafé, but “medium for iced coffee”. You guys should check on this boy, that you have as a boss because I’m pretty sure they have been rude to someone else.

Big Mac, Fish Sandwich, and a small coke. They sent me to the drive thru waiting area. Brought the wrong order the first time. Finally got my food about 18 minutes after ordering. I had to request a receipt. Not offered at pay window, pick up window, nor when they brought out the food. Don’t go here if you are needing an efficient drive through or if your time is limited. Oh…there was nobody ahead of me in line, so the delay was unusual.

Poor Customer Service Needed a Cup Of Water to Take Meds… Asked For Water @ 2nd Window and A Latino American Teenage Girl Refused to give me a cup of water because she said there were other cars in Line . Called and Told Manager and her only statement was thats not right No Apology or anything. I myself am a Floor Supervisor @ Mcdonalds and this experience was completly Disappointing I Will Never visit this Location again I Spent $40 and couldnt get a complimentary cup of water

Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever seen. They only had kiosks which by itself isn’t an issue. But when there are problems, no one to ask for help. It was like whack a mole when they popped out with some else’s order and you were lucky if you could grab them for help. DO NOT GO INSIDE HERE. If you must use the drive thru. They seem to have that down pat.

I ordered a double fish filet and received a single. I ordered through grubhub, but the Mcdonald employees made the sandwich. I tried calling the dyore and no one answered. I paid $7.52 for a single sandwich. I didn’t even order a meal. I just ordered the sandwich alone. Dang!

Mexican worker brought her 3 LOUD! Rowdy kids to work with her she sat her her break while they played on their iPads with the volume and voices loud… then she went back to work with them in the lobby LOUD! So much for eating out these days
