Went yesterday for breakfast meals, asked for one unsweetened tea and one half and half tea with order, got 2 sweet teas, after I had to ask her for my drinks because after waiting 8 minutes at the second window. And she about threw the bag at me and slammed the window. Ok I let it go. Went today for lunch drive thru again, because I was working in that area of town for the weekend. Thank goodness it was just down the street because I had to go back because they forgot one sandwich, all food was cold !!! See the picture for the teas we received, you can see thru it!!! It was not even tea, it was 1/4 tea and the rest was water!!!! Rude people, they have no work ethics at this store at All !!!!!!!

This place is beyond a joke. Rarely get your order right. None of the staff has even a lick of a sense of urgency and walk around shuffling their feet as slow as they possibly can. If this store is a franchise I cannot see how they’re even allowed to keep the doors open under the McDonald’s name. The fries are stale and cold. They charged me for an apple pie but when I got to the window the employees snobbily said “we don’t be got any” well why was I was charged for it?” You want a cinnamon roll? Yes! Pull up I’ll bring it right out. 15 minutes later no damn roll so I just left.

Stopped by McDonald’s on the north side of town for some breakfast. Waited in drive thru line for 10 mins w no movement. Called the store and the Mgr answered saying she was the only one who showed up for work and would be “a minute” before she could put out any food (45 mins after they open). Not her fault . She was very pleasant. Drive down to Hardee’s and was greeted at the drive thru almost immediatley. Very nice lady. My order was ready 10 seconds after I got to the window. She reminded me I might want jelly for my biscuits. Did not neglect plastic ware and napkins. The food was still hot when I got home 15 min later. It was worth the drive. I don’t usually review a fast food chain. But the service here was impeccable in comparison.

This was my third drive thru visit. What was I thinking? This time it took four retries to get the order mostly right. My son gave up trying to get the steak version of his breakfast sandwich and ordered the sausage instead as the order taker could not understand us or didn’t know how to use the register (he was a native english speaker). Then the sausage sandwich was dry as a bone and included cheese which showed specifically as deleted on the order board. Our coffees did not taste like McDonald’s coffee. They were not drinkable.

Went here yesterday, sat at the drive thru for 30mins. Lady said she will be right with me. Then she comes over the speaker and says we have to come inside. How about put a sign up……Lazy. So then I went inside and everyone was on their phones. Maybe if you get the phones out your faces then you could actually work and won’t be short staffed.

I accidentally drove past the “pay” window. I told the girl at the 2ndwindow I was sorry and handed her the money. She didn’t even look at me, just walked away. THEN she handed me the wrong drink. When I told her, she slammed the window shut. She brought the correct drink. I was still trying to hand her the money. I told her I was sorry she was having a bad day. She told me to just sit there and hush up! I could not believe how rude she was! Needless to say I left without the food. My granddaughters were with me and just as shocked! Bill Taylor needs to tighten up on these girls. We drove to the one on Ehringhaus and were treated MUCH better!!

Did not give me a total. Then at the window to pick up my food informed me that they did not have a receipt printer to give me my total. I asked again for my total and they were able to find it but could not produce a receipt for my total. Had to check with my bank for the total to make sure I wasn’t over charged. Seemed like a mess for accountability would not recommend.

The absolute worst workers are at this location. The workers that were working tonight on 4-14-23,you guys are absolutely terrible. They were screaming cuss words and standing around,had absolutely no clue what was going on. The manager was just as bad,she had no professionalism whatsoever. To the manager, you definitely don’t deserve this job!!!

Food was fine, fries tasted a bit like soap but everyone else said they were fine so that could just be me. Regardless don’t go here after 9 pm you’ll be able to watch the employees punch the air and display clear signs of anger as you drive into the drive thru. Whoever took my order was lovely though.

Avonte provided 5-star service! Her deserves a raise and promotion! This McDonald’s is clean and modern, yet cozy and warm. Plenty of parking and a great spot to grab a bite both in a rush or taking your time. You’ll especially enjoy the fireplace in the winter
