Got here about 15 minutes before close and had some modifications for my order. I fully expected the staff to be annoyed (I would have been) but instead everyone was soooo nice. I actually thought the woman taking my order was automated at first because her voice was so pleasant and genuinely nice. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was extremely surprised and happy with the customer service, and all my food mods were met. What a great late night team!

I was trying to order from the drive thru. 2 orders were taken ahead of mine. I went inside to lodge my complaint and to order. The supervisor on duty seemed uninterested because they were “busy”. Not a good response to an already heated customer. A year ago, this was the best McD’s in the area. Sadly, that has changed dramatically.

The only reason that I still visit this place is because it is close to my home. The drive thru is constantly slow. It takes them several minutes just to acknowledge you when you drive up. This place needs new management. I hope the owners get this review.

My two most recent stops here have been the worst. I typically don’t go to this location & probably won’t again. The staff was super unprofessional, the guy in the drive thru kept saying “huh, what?!” Multiple times until I said I don’t what the problem is, as I’m telling my order. He “said just come around to the window” I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker? The guy at the window and said “no, he’s just an idiot” looking at the other guy with the headset on. This is the second time they’re very unprofessional at the drive thru. Saying “what” over and over doesn’t help unless you try to clarify what the problem is. They made it very clear they don’t care about the customer service. Very disappointing..

I really want to give 5 stars, but we had to wait 15 min. for just 2 kids’ meals ♂️. That’s not ok. The new tech is cool, but I didn’t like using a touch screen to order. I used to get paid for that . It might catch on if they provided a discount for using it.

If this location would stop hiring rude teenagers who give you cold fries, and walk away from you when you are trying to explain your incorrect order maybe I’d give it more stars. The late night crew or early morning crew is better. The lunch team needs to be gutted and made new.

I placed an order, Friday, June 16 at 2:31pm. I was asked to wait in spot 3 for my quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. Others came and left and at 2:50 I called the number on the receipt to cancel my order because waiting 19 minutes at McD for a normal burger and fries was obsurd. Well, I didn’t get my money refunded, I didn’t my food. McDs needs to revoke the franchise tsg from this place. They take 20 minutes for an order and steal from customers. Never going back. Too many options to waste my life waiting restaurant times for a fast food place.

I don’t think I will be returning here. I visited here within the last hour to get food. When I got my debit card and receipt back, their back drive-thru employee had gotten blood on both my card and the receipt. I appreciate them taking the time to sanitize my card when I informed them, evening offering me something as an apology. My question is, did they document this incident incase there was a blood exposure? This isn’t something to take lightly :/ they potentially exposed a customer to blood. What if I want to get seen to make sure if I’m okay?
