This McDs is hit or miss…it depends which crew is working…but could also be due to turnover. Occassionally get a crispy chicken…they should have stuck with the buttermilk crispy chicken because the flat chicken patty they use now is always overcooked and dry everytime I order it…and the mayo and lettuce tend to be loaded on it so some of it ends up on the box…same with the ketchup when ordering cheeseburger. perhaps they can dial back the dispenser. Fries are hit or miss…usually undercooked or cold…not sure if the warmer isnt keeping them hot or they bag the fries and let them sit waiting for the sandwiches to be made

Outstanding Service. Employees were professional and courteous. I don’t understand the 3.2 review. I get it, it’s not a 5 Star Restaurant but the kindness of the employees really surprised me. They should all be recommended and praised.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget but never received in my bag. Poor customer service.. no “hello’s” or “thank you’s”. The food we did receive was mostly raw and we could not eat. Overall very disappointing experience. I tried calling, to inform, so no one else would get sick from consuming raw food, but was sent immediately to voicemail. Just avoid.

This store is horrible, along with McDonald’s brand as a whole. I hadn’t been to one in quite a long time. I ordered, 5 minutes later I get my order and the fries are cold. They take them back and say it will be a few minutes because they have to make them. It’s 12PM, and there’s no one in the store!. The catsup packets are so small you need ten of them to suffice. Now my Big Mac and cheeseburger are cold because the fries took forever to cook. HORRIBLE STORE. Will never patronize this store or brand ever again.

Dining room tables weren’t clean. Have to wonder what dumps the staff are used to living in at home to leave the area in such disarray. Basic orders like a burger and drink are too complicated for the staff here to comprehend. So you’ll either get the drink and no burger or the burger and no drink. It’s one of those locations where, after waiting for 20 minutes for your food, if you ask if they received your order they start clapping their hands like animals and saying “Bruh, don’t even get started with me. I don’t need this ****ing job.” Store owner obviously doesn’t care.

Stopped in here on a Sunday night with my two boys. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so we went inside. On a positive note, the restaurant seemed clean, although there was a tray of breakfast wrappings mounded up at the table next to us that I hope hadn’t been there since breakfast. That’s more on entitled customers though. Didn’t your mom teach you to clean up after yourselves? Shesh… anyway. Took 15 mins to get food we ordered from the kiosk. While we waited, two drive thru customers came in to report incomplete orders. Rather than just give them the milk that they were missing from their happy meal, the manager argued with the customer and then verbally went after the staff member working the window. Yikes. Just apologize , correct and move on? Our food: cold nuggets, stale burger buns, possibly a whole onion one of the burgers, and hard (overcooked) French fries. It’s hard times, but I hope they can pull it together. So many restaurants seem to be struggling.

FYI this places play place is not currently open. Needs to be fixed on google maps to remove the place place if that area is closed. Also like many other fast food locations that get hit with a heavy rush in the drive thru- the dining area is pretty neglected. No ketchup, or paper towels available to indoor guests (incase you’re wondering why tables are dirty probably something to do w lack of paper towels). The empty dispensers are in the closed playroom. Staff blowing off those waiting at cashier or pick up area (asking for the stuff dining area is lacking)- literal hand wave and eye rolls from multiple staff to multiple customers “be right there omg ” ; a “one moment please” would leave such a better impression. Not a problem for me I just used the touch screen machine to put in my order, but for those that need to put in an order with a cashier (visually impaired) this would be a problem for guests concerned w this type of accessibility, or guests requesting anything that’s not an on screen option. I can get if the guest is like yelling or rude impatient but these ppl were literally just standing there waiting and got told to “just wait ” all rude like for not even saying anything; just standing near the order area and waiting

Sat in the second lane waiting for her to take my order while I watched 6 or 7 cars in the first lane that were behind me get their order taken. Then she finally got to me and gave me attitude. All that and at the end of it all my order was wrong. Not to mention all I heard was them yelling at each other and cussing in the back.
