One of my favorite MC Donalds locations the people are nice and the place is actually clean unlike some of the locations I have been to in the past. The never mess up my orders and I always leave having had a good experience. My only complaint is the rising prices but that seems to be more of a corporate shift than something that’s down to the local stores, however this location does seem to be slightly cheaper than others I’ve been to.

This location has gone down terribly in the last year since Austin, Manager left. Ordered a milk shake paid for item and then when pulled up to pick up was told the machine was broken. Took over ten minutes to get a refund. Dirty sticky floors, no ice in machines, no straws out. Windows in drive thru lanes haven’t been cleaned in months. Wish Seven Lakes had another option for fast food. Upper management needs to hold some service training on customer service.
