ordered using the kiosk. entered my table tent number and found a table. within seconds I was offered a cup for my drink. food was brought to my table and the fries were hot and tasty. my quarter pounder was good.

Need new management, even though the food came out correctly we were missing a fries and my mom tried to get the short lady who (I’m assuming is the manager) attention and she stand there resting her head on her hand acting like she didn’t her us. Before we have the chance to walk out, another lady that worked there walked up to us and give us the fries that was missing from our order.

Every time we go it’s wrong. Or missing items. This time they decided to add spicy sauce to cover my entire double quarter pounder that was supposed to be PLAIN NO SAUCE. McDonald’s has become entirely too overpriced not to care when they mess up your order now.

Even though we arrived with our three children, almost exactly the end of breakfast time, there were no chicken nuggets ready. To high they made the effort and cook chicken nuggets for us very quicly.

Such a great cashier! Fresh food and apologies for the slow service, but it was not their fault. The need became greater than the servers, but they were all nice. The first meal I’ve eaten from McDonald’s in 8 years. I only get coffee.

Look I’m all for better wages and higher pay, But it seems like since the surge of (better wages) for fast food employees the customer service as well as quality of the food has just plummeted. I was pulled ahead to wait this evening for 2 cheese burgers and a fry, both were stale and cold. If I could leave less than a singular star I would!!

Slow services! Long lines long wait. If you are considering to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a number 1 combo meal. It’s not worth it! That restaurant should not be considered fast food it should be called 45 minute Meals!!!

Stopped in with scout troop after weekend camping trip. Orders were lost between the kiosk and counter, no receipts were printing, took 1/2 hour for some orders, they ran out of biscuits for other orders.
