This McDonalds is kind of like a hit or miss, must depend on the time of day and the staff. Sometimes the food will be good and the staff are really polite. Other times they just want you out of their face asap but also make you wait like 10 minutes for you food. They asked me to pull up one night from the pickup window and I’m just like… why? I’m the only person in line and there hasn’t been anyone behind me for 5 minutes.

Everytime we visit we have to pull up and wait for our food. The frequency of this has increased over the last 2 months. My order today was incorrect which is another problem I have been experiencing lately. We only visit the location for convenience but I’d rather drive 5-10 miles to another location than constantly go through the same issues. The employee that takes the order and money is always kind and courteous. I believe she’s the only positive of the whole visit. Hence the validity of 1 star. I tried to call to speak to someone and the number doesn’t work which I am not at all surprised about. On my last visit about 10 minutes ago…I ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese and no onions. I received [[1 ]]single patty and onions on my burger. The receipt shows the correct order requests but I still have an incorrect order. All in all please do yourselves a grand favor and visit a different location or better yet just go to a different restaurant all together!

This McDonald’s has the best manager of any McDonald’s I have ever visited. I started getting a Moca Frappe there instead of Starbucks once a week after volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and on my 3rd visit he asked me if I wanted my usual.

Shield Credit Repair
I try to avoid this location because the service is consistently terrible. After ordering via the mobile app I arrived to a backed up drive thru the was moving at a snails pace. The drive through agent that took my mobile app info was professional and efficient. As I arrived at the food pickup window I could hear at least three staff laughing and giggling behind a tinted drive through window. Window stayed closed for 2-3 minutes before my food was projected into my direction. Window slammed shut after a “here you go.” The same young lady reappeared and said, “the coffee machine had to be restarted” so she asked my to pull up to window 2. I waited for 7 minutes before pulling into a parking spot and walking inside to find my iced mocha sitting on the counter unattended and as I approached the counter the Manager said, “oh the mocha…I forgot.” Why are we paying cuisine prices for trashy food and drinks that is certainly never fast!? This location is ALWAYS like this when I arrive. A typical drive through transaction is at least 12 minutes and if it’s less the food is wrong or terrible every single time.

I give this place two stars because every time I go through the drive-through it’s never a long wait. Other than that I will give it absolutely no stars every time I come the food taste old and soggy or greasy. I will return and ask them to make my food fresh sometimes it comes out fresh other times it feels like they just Waited and put it right back in the bag. Normally when I go to McDonald’s the food is hot and crispy the food here is always room temperature never fresh it’s always a disappointment I’ll drive the extra 3 to 4 miles just to get to another McDonald’s this one is terrible. Not to mention I asked the guy to make my food fresh and he kind of scoffed at me as if it was too much for me to ask.

My food was okay but there was a bug in my drink and black stuff floating in my drink. We called to let staff know and they said they dont give refunds. The one who answered the phone when I called back asked what did we want her to do about it. Very rude.

Waited forever in drive thru line just for them to forget my sausage & egg mcmuffin. I live in Thomasville and it’s definitely not worth it to drive back. Definitely won’t stop here again.
