Being charged for things and not receiving them is always super frustrating. Can’t seem to get orders right, even when repeated. Was charged for large drinks and only given mediums. Ask for a bacon biscuit with only bacon, extra bacon and there’s cheese on it? It’s not hard to listen when someone is speaking or to read the screen with the order information on it. People don’t come there for the employees to just give whatever they feel like giving instead of actually giving customers what they ask for. Please, do better.

This McDonalds needs to be shutdown. The service is poor and the food is awful!! The staff is unfriendly, and do not greet you. I was literally told to go ahead with my order at the drive-thru window….no greeting whatsoever!! No matter what time of day, the food is disgusting ! For example, the cheese looks old and the buns are hard—the chicken nuggets/McChicken are rubbery and always cold—the sandwiches are literally thrown together and taste as if they having been sitting for hours. I once ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and I could see the imprint of pickles in the cheese when I received my sandwich….too lazy to make a fresh sandwich without pickles!!! The worst thing is the fries (which should be the best) are always cold and mushy— never fresh!!! Needless to say, I stopped eating at this restaurant after getting sick, plus I’m tired of wasting money from throwing away garbage food.

This place is the worst McDonald’s ever! Nothing but high school kid! The food is always gross and cold! You say fresh they do less! You would have to ask for everying literally like ketchup on your hamburger or even BBQ sauce for nuggets because they won’t ask you so never assume! I’m going to call the health department because complaining about the service to the manager isn’t working! Trust me on this, I don’t even make reviews but don’t waste your time or money on this place or you’ll be very dissatisfied?

I ordered the 10 chicken nugget meal, got fries and 2 burgers and asked for extra ketchup and they gave me 2. This is a dumb thing to say but if and when you go there make sure your order is correct And you check the bag for everything and make sure you get the extra of whatever you ordered because if you don’t they won’t give it to you.
