The food was good and came out pretty fast but everything was thrown together. They don’t do dine in so you get everything in a bag and have to ask for any utensils or sauce packets you need. Also only put the napkins in the bag you have no way to get more unless you ask. The bathrooms could have been cleaner as well.

On more then 1 occasion, I’ve gone to this McDonald’s after placing a mobile order on the app. I’ve had more than 1 issue with this. Normally it gets fixed but today, they told me there was nothing they could do…despite the order being paid for. I will NOT return to this place. I went to another McDonald’s and they fixed it. The place on Renfro should be avoided at all costs. At least until they train their employees on how to do things properly. I work in the food industry and where I work has no problem fixing any issue that arises. If it means making customers happy, we are happy to do what’s necessary.

OMG THIS WAS THE WORST MCDONALD’S I HAVE EVER BEEN IN . THE PLACE SMELLED BAD LIKE ROTEN FOOD THE TRASH CANS INDOORS WHERE OVER FLOWING ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY .TRASH ALL OVER THE DRIVE THRU AREA. (BUT THE ICE CREAM WAS GOOD. LOTS OF GOOFING OFF BEHIND THE COUNTER. AND THE A.C WAS ON LOW IF IT WAS ON AT ALL. This was a mid day visit and the place was empty.

The bacon on my quarter pounder with cheese is the ONLY thing I just got from here that is any good. Even the bun tastes like it sat too long! Fries are typically not fresh any McDonald’s location in Mount Airy either, but for $15 I’m most displeased with my dinner.

Went there after church and waited in line inside with my fiancé for about 20 minutes and no body would come to the register (mind you no body was inline and there was only 4 people inside sitting down) we went to walk out and THEN someone walked up to the register. We went out to the drive through had to continue to wait for our food and the rudest woman gave us dirty looks and acted like she was all that as she threw our food at us. RUDE AND DISGUSTED with how we were treated. This world needs Jesus.
