Terrible place to eat. didn’t have very good leadership at all!!! went in mcdonalds around 11 Am we ordered a basket of fries and they were cold and old as if they were sitting their forever. we ordered two drinks as we were dining in and they wouldn’t give us our cups and told us we had to wait till we got our food. then we just went around 6 pm tonight for something to eat and i ordered two crispy sandwiches and one of those with mayo and i barley got one drop of mayo on my sandwich when i went back in and showed them it she said she had to take it back for inventory, which i would have thrown it away out in the lobby but as i work in fast food in kingwood also i know thats not allowed and is called cross contamination and could be very dangerous to other people especially a 3/4 eaten sandwhich and she was very rude when we asked her to repeat herself because she was talking way to fast and she slowed all the way down and pronounced it as if we were stupid definitely will go somewhere else to eat next time!!

I don’t appreciate the fact that my friends and I were screamed at by Paulette because we ordered 40 nuggets and asked for extra sauces. Not a single McD’s charges for extra sauces but we were yelled at for it and it was extremely unnecessary. Simply tell, not yell. I ALWAYS have a problem with Kingwood Mcds, whether it be rude employees or being yelled at for making employees do their job. She stated “this time I will give them to you, next time I’m not” and continue on yelling.
