The day that I went it was disgustingly dirty and unorganized. It was 656pm, I chose to go inside because both drive thru lanes were long. There was clutter of dirty tools and Mcflurry crumbs all over one counter. Their drive thru lanes were long and yet somehow I received lukewarm, some dry some soggy fries. Went to get my drink and one drink station was out of order, the other had splashes of cola all over it and the orange hi c was water. Went for sweet tea instead and found it to be without a lid in its storage container, almost empty, black specs in it and the ticket date on it off when it was placed there was 11am. I’m told their tea isn’t fresh brewed so the black specs couldn’t have been tea grounds. Lastly the drain area in the leak tray was slimy, black and disgusting looking. No way it got that gross in one day. I wrote corporate and they gave my info to the local franchise owner who left message to call him but so far I’ve left messages and no return call. I think it’s good to go into McDonald’s every now and then to see how clean it dirty it is.

My friends and I were on a road trip and unfortunately this is the McDonald’s we stopped at. Went through the drive thru the woman was really rude chomping on gum and really bad attitude. So we grabbed our food and we’re on our way. Once we got back on the highway we started handing food out to our kids. Burgers were slapped together sloppily big Mac had one pickle on it. French fries were soggy and chicken nuggets weren’t even cooked! They were literally slimy. My daughter also found a VERY LONG HAIR in her French fries. It wasn’t even edible! I’m actually grateful that we didn’t notice until we were back in the road because if I would have gone back right then and there I don’t know how I would have acted.

Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with bacon and received 3 burgers at first had to return and get my fourth. Got home and not a single one has bacon on it. On attempt to call and try and make things right no one picked up. I tried a couple more times and they started picking up and slamming on some kind of beeper over and over then hanging up. Incredibly unprofessional and not worth your time, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. (Note I was charged for the bacon on all 4 cheeseburgers)

The food is good except for the fries that were cold and soggy. This place is such a disgrace cuz they never clean their bathrooms and some people in the back who work with the food never wear hairnets. Plus the lobby isn’t clean either They definitely need to improve the place.

Before this new management this store was pretty good. Now it’s a different story… Although the fries and nuggs were pretty fresh, and the service was brought to our table.. it doesn’t really make up for how DIRTY it was. Dining room empty, employees just sitting and BSn in the back. Someone could have been out cleaning. The filth had been there longer then 2 days. The fountain machine sodas all were watered down. The tables weren’t cleaned at all after people ate. Lets not even talk about the bathroom. All in all not coming back “( it’s a bummer honestly that it was so yucky because I have been coming to this store for over 15 years. Come on Emily Dr. McDonald’s, get it together.

Drive through is always super slow. Back in the day when they only had one lane, there was almost never a backup of 10 cars. That would stretch all the way around the building. Now with 2 lanes 8 or 10 cars is normal. Seems like a way for the company to put out orders slower, not save time for the consumer.

I have been eating fish sandwich for 20 years. We bought some for dinner. They were absolutely horrible they give you a half piece of cheese not a whole piece. Tarter sauce was too vinegarie. I was very disappointed will not buy them again.

Wasn’t too happy with my visit yesterday. My fiance and I got two mcgriddles each and asked for hashbrowns. We were supposed to get two each and they only gave us one each. They put cheese on both of mine after I said no cheese. Then I tell the girl that they have cheese and I’m allergic to dairy so I need new ones. She got an attitude about it and asked me if I told them when ordering and I told her yes I did. Rhen she said ohh OK whatever ya sure. Then she said I’m guessing you want new ones. I said yea I just told you that and I told her really loudly I can’t have cheese. She rolled her eyes told them to make me new ones. Then when they get done she slams them in a tray and force ably hands me the tray and in a sarcastic way tells me to have a good day.
