If you ever go through this drive thru, be aware that you’ll get undercooked burgers and half full French fries. If you get the double quarter pounder it will be almost raw. You have to ask for it to be cooked well done or be prepared to eat it red. We have called before about the half full French fries only to be told that they “fluff” the French fries. I guess that’s a possible way to explain why you’re getting ripped off. Check your food before you leave, and always get a receipt!

Over all this McDonald’s falls very short. The food is always made very slow and yet is still sloppy af. I go to open my bag and the food is either half way to being spilled in the bag (even the burgers) or when you go to eat and all the topping are out of the burger and just laying inside the wrapping also finally they can’t even wrap the food right. I should know all this because I worked at a McDonald’s for 2+years and worked form crew member to GM and we never had Issues like this on such a consistent basis. If I could score lower I would.

Ordered a big mac no lettuce they remade it 3 times before they got it right. Went to refill my drink no ice coming out. Worker says don’t push that. It clearly says push on it. McDonald’s has hired idiots. Giving them one star was to many.

So I ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie on doordash. My order shows up and it’s a Mango Pineapple Smoothie. I open my bag of food and find a note that I’ve added pictures of. Usually if a restaurant is out of something, they’ll tell the Dasher, so they can contact the customer to ask if they want something else, or if they want a refund for that item. A note in the bag of food does nothing. The Dasher isn’t going to see that.

So the app had issues, placed the order but wouldn’t let me check in. Had to go inside and resolve the issue. The manager on duty was very helpful. She had to re-enter my order manually. My only problem was app related on this trip.
