This store has been awful the last 4 or 5 months. The sandwiches they just throw together. Mayo or mustand is all over the sandwiches, top and bottom of buns. Buns broke and half gone Chocolate milkshakes are always half way fixed. A lot of the cahiers and managers are very rude.

Overall, not a bad McDonald’s. The food hasn’t been the greatest but it’s not bad. The staff have been great. The building has been updated to McDonald’s new look.

2 potential customers have walked out because there is no one at the counter to take orders for over 15 minutes and waiting. We ordered from the kiosk in the lobby. 20 minute’s have by and we are still waiting for our food. They seem to only be waiting on the drive through customer and have seen at least one drive thru customer came inside because their order was incomplete.

The atmosphere was very uplifting with a lot of laughter and cheer. It sounded like people who enjoyed their jobs. Staff was very helpful ..and saw to all our needs. There were more staff earlier in the day that were sufficient. However later on a wave of customers came in and there was a line but not sufficient staff available to be adequate. It should be noted the girl working did a great job moving as fast as she could and I felt bad for her and wished I could help. This is not the norm however I’m sure. Earlier any few complaints were quickly appeased and customers were very pleased in the end. Many customers were recognized and addressed by name so it felt warm and friendly. The food was good, what you’d expect from a McDonalds and done quickly, I was happy with it. I’d definitely come here again many times in the future.

They leave the lights to the arches off from 5am till when ever I would think to cause people to drive on past because they assume the store isn’t open yet. But they are open just hoping to not get many customers so they don’t need to work hard.

On June 14, 2022 I found a giant snot wad in my coffee. I contacted the store, they asked me to drop off the cup and they said they would investigate and get back to me. When I dropped the cup off on June 8th, 2022, they said it was clumped up coffee creamer. Look at the pictures and you can see it’s definitely not. I haven’t heard anything from them since.
