Half the time the order is completely wrong. One time we went through the drive thru and had to park. They came out 4 different times with the wrong order. Finally on the 5th time they got it right. One time they didn’t put a hamburger in the order I let them know before I left the window. The girl wanted to look in the bag and tried to make me out a liar by saying it was on top of everything. I checked it twice before handing it back to her. She put it in there to cover herself. Then she got rude with me.

The manager who said her name was “Sasha” even tho that seems like a lie seeing how she wasn’t wearing a name tag pulls people forward to give them cold food, has a horrible attitude, was even yelling just because her name was asked for.
