I’d say most of the staff seemed to be kind and patient but the manager was raising her voice with the staff which I feel is very inappropriate especially if we were able to here it from the dining room. On top of that the dining room was not very clean despite them appearing to be pretty slow. It smelled like mold a bit. The manager was definitely the biggest concern though.

I have a huge family and I frequently order from this location. My last order (8-2-23 around 1945) They have started to double check the quantities and reassuring me that all items are present when they bring it out for pickup so that I don’t have to sit and count before I leave. If you’ve ever had a child that didn’t get their order after it’s too late to turn back, you’ll know the struggle.

Disappointed breakfast wasn’t available all day as it used to be. Cinnamon roll was warmed and good, a bit dry compared to Cinnabon but good enough with coffee. Service in drive through was not fast but average. Coffee was very hot but not quite as strong as some McD. Still waiting for McDonald’s to add non dairy creamer like oat or almond milk to menu! This particular restaurant used to have amazing handmade biscuits baked for decades by the same talented person. I’m told now they arrive frozen instead. This is sad. McD is not a frequent choice anymore especially since the fries we are told are not gluten free or vegan.

My experience at this McDonald’s was terrible. To start things off, the sign wasn’t lit up so we couldn’t even tell from the road that it was open. The service was not very good and they got mad at us for questioning if the app went through. We also asked for sauce and we got a little bit of reluctancy when we got it. When we got our food, the fries were cold and did not taste good. We also got a milkshake that had a peculiar flavor. We also ordered unsweet tea and got sweet tea.

I mean, it’s a McDonald’s. Pretty awful food, rude staff, and a drab uninviting interior. But the food is cheap, oh wait, no it’s not. The food is expensive. Forget fast food, McDonalds forgot about the Speedee system and now has the Slowee system. So the food is neither fast, cheap, or appetizing. Why do people still eat here?
