I’ve worked here. But I’ve been through the drive thru several times this week. I ordered a mcdouble only ketchup. 4 out of 5 they couldn’t get right. Plus the way looks is nasty in itself. I get it’s fast food. But still take pride in your work. This place has gotten BAD on orders. Beware to say the least.

Went for a meal and something tasted funny. I threw it away. Second time I went, I walked in and 2 customers in dining room. I was the only person in line to start, just waited, waited and waited. Nobody up front to take orders for people at the restaurant! Everyone was working drive thru. 2 people saw me and the guy from drive through walked by me twice and tried ignoring me until I asked him to tell someone working the front that WE were up here. Now there were 5 people in line! Waited and waited. I couldn’t get a fountain drink cup in the 15 minutes I was there! I left. Absolutely terrible! Have no idea how long the people behind me had to wait after I gave up.

Standing at the cash register to order, 3 different employees looked me directly in the eye and went back to what they were doing. No one ever acknowledge me. Frustrated after waiting 2-3 mins, tried to use kiosk. Another customer went to register so I returned. One of the very same employees who failed to acknowledged me came and waited on him and then me. I ordered a hamburger happy meal to go. I waited over 12 minutes and asked for the manager. I asked why I was still waiting after seeing multiple customers receive their orders. Come to find out my order had been placed where the DoorDash and mobile orders (not to go orders) are picked up. Employee claimed to have called my number. Well, if you wear a mask – raise the mask and speak LOUDLY enough to be heard and don’t call out from an enclosed area that blocks sound. Really burns me up that orders were hand to other customers and mine was set down and allowed to cool to the point my fries were cold. Unacceptable attitudes to not even acknowledge customer when you plainly make eye contact. A simple “Someone will be with you in a moment” works. If you are not going to acknowledge me, do NOT go all friendly and smiling when someone you know walks in. That really leaves a bad impression. Treat all customers the same REGARDLESS.
