6/1/23 I went in and had to order on the kiosk at 8:52 pm because nobody acknowledged my presence. The manager on duty was Sadie. She was rubbing her mouth, putting her han#s through her hair and then bagging food. Did she not go to Serve Safe? An elderly man was standing at the register waiting to order. Nobody acknowledged his presence either. Meanwhile a girl getting off asked the manager on duty is she could order food, Sadie said yes. This girl and a guy with reddish hair goes to the register and are talking and giggling, order her food, still do not acknowledge the elderly customer so the customer gets upset. The guy with reddish hair gets mad and starts yelling that Sadie better get that f-ing man out of there before he loses his f-ing job over

Typical McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting and there were no surprises. One note, however, if you plan on driving through after about 930-10pm, plan on killing about 45 minutes. There’s always a long line later at night and the service really takes a nose dive. Feels like they only have 1-2 people working it’s sooooo slow.

The store was nice and clean. Very little communication with the cashier. I placed a mobile order, wishing that it would be ready by the time I got there. I was at least 9 minutes out, and it was still not ready. What’s the point of placing a mobile order when you still get your food at the same time the guy is putting his order in at the register? This McDonald’s is ALWAYS slow, out of menu items, and the fries always taste like they have been refried. It isn’t my favorite store, but it was the one I was passing today.
