Staff here is so unprofessional and constantly forgetting items in our order. Cashier was extremely rude and obviously lacks the skills to assist customers. Witnessed back to back customer issues that could have been solved easily. This will be the last time we come here to this location. Unless the Wendys next door is busy.

In total there where two ladies who were working at front of house and I must say there additude today was pretty good. They shared a smile, make eye contact and over all they had a good positive vibe, if this keep up I can hopefully see a brighter future for this location and I jusg wanna say the ladies working did good with their table touches. Is it really that difficult to find employees with good work ethics and treat other human beings with respect? Or is the warm body mentality the new trend? Total disrespect from a young woman at drive thru when I only asked about whether or not 2 items were available. She was snippy, rude and then chose to ignore me. I was not reactive to her so merely continued through drive to pick up what I already ordered. I do remember her nails at 1st window because they had gummy bears glued on them.

My partner went here last night to pick up a $20 order they placed on the Mcdonalds app. We placed the order around 10:45 under the impression that this location was open 24hrs as shown here on Google maps. After 11 the drive thru line was shut down without any notice from the workers. No one took the time to tell anyone the restaurant had been closed. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable and ended up being a huge waste of time for my partner and many others who ended up waiting in line for more than 30 minutes. I get it, having to tell customers you just closed sucks but it’s absolutely necessary to do so. If a manager is reading this, change the hours shown here and do the right thing by communicating these things with your customers.

I am not sure what this locations issue is, but they cannot get an order correct to save their lives. You can pretty much bet your bottom dollar that your order will be wrong 99% of the time. It is highly annoying and unprofessional. I will not be spending any more money at this location.

It’s McDonald’s people the one and only. The iconic all American fast food joint with a drive through. This location is clean and fresh, the staff are nice and quick. I ordered a burger, fries, nuggz and a sweet tea and all of it was to perfection. The worst thing in the world is a soggy McDonald fry but not today folks! My fries were cooked to perfection. Salty crunchy and fun. Drive through or dine in and enjoy the time.

If you’re looking for a few flies with your meal come on down! They are buzzing a plenty! The food is regular mcdonalds food and the service is usually slow, whether you’re in the drive thru or go inside. I come here out of desperation on laundry day if I don’t want tacobell or expensive arbys.
