I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! I asked did they have hot fries? Are they fresh? The lady said yes. When I got my fries and strawberry creme pie, the pie was stale, and my fries were a mixture of stale and hot fries. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT IF I ASKED IF THE FRIES WERE HOT!? Did y’all think I wouldn’t notice that the stale soggy fries at the bottom?! THIS IS WHY I HATE GOING TO MCDONALD’S BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING!!! I wasted money!

Lady took my order and I pulled to the first window. She took my card and charged it. She never read my order back and gave me a receipt and my card. I read the receipt and she charged me for an extra drink. I told her I didn’t order the extra drink I wanted a refund. She told me I couldn’t get a refund for the extra drink. She said the next window would give me any drink I wanted. I explained to her I wanted my money not another drink I didn’t ask for. Upon pulling to the second window I spoke to 2 other employees one I presume to be the manager. They refused me a refund and said I could get another item. This is totally wrong I told the lats person I wanted my money not more products. This is forcing a sale on someone and refusing a refund when charging them without there consent. Someone needs to open these peoples eyes that this is theft and illegal.

My review got deleted so I’m writing again lol like what??? First of all it was 10:29 when I approached the drive thru screen. Breakfast menu was still up but I was told I couldn’t order breakfast that it just changed to lunch even though it was 1 min before 10:30 and the person in front of me was allowed to order breakfast but I wasn’t. Very unfair treatment not to mention I’m allergic to pickles and they ALWAYS put pickles still on my burger. The employees don’t care.

terrible service. I went to the drive thru for a caramel frappe for my daughter. They kept me waiting 10 minutes. then someone showed up with a hot coffee, I told her that it was not what I ordered and she told me that she gave me that because there was no caramel frappe. I asked for my money back and waited another 10 minutes and they never showed up with my money. I didn’t want to waste my time and my patience and I left, keep the money.

Be careful here if you pay with cash. We paid with a 20, guy at the register entered that we paid with a 10. They counted the till and did not give us proper change because the till was only 5$ off and our receipt stated we paid with a 10. If the employee is skimming the register then the count won’t be off. They gave us the five, told us they were too busy to check the cameras and would call us later. They didn’t even give us our food. I had to get out of our car, go in, and ask for it. They also never called.
