This place absolutely sucks, they get my order wrong every time. I just got back to work from there and they didn’t even give me fries with my meal. Last week i got breakfast here and my drink had a fly in it. Any time I have a special request they either ignore it entirely or they put it in the computer wrong. It’d the worst fast food place on this side of town by far, not to mention the employees are rude(only some of them, the others are honestly very nice). I wouldn’t ever recommend going here, clean up your act whoever owns/manages this restaurant.

Took 15 min to get me my double cheese burger and large sweet tea when the place was completely empty… drive all the way to work and started eating and then I come to notice this… a completely raw burger…tried calling the staff to inform them they need to have better quality control and nobody can awnser the phone… never again… how hard is it to cook a burger

I ordered through the mobile app. Gave them my code. Pulled up to the window and told them I ordered through the app and don’t need my receipt. They gave my receipt to the car in front of me anyways, who tried to redeem for my order. Luckily the crew at McDonald’s caught on to the scam by these people and didn’t hand out my order. Many thanks to the crew at South Main Street McDonald’s in Harrisonburg, VA for their great work catching common thieves.

By far the worst quarter pounder I have had at a McDonald’s. Had to wait for food after ordering from the drive-through (this didn’t bother me). The burger was cold, and the fries were luke warm. Not sure why we had to wait but not a stop I will make again.

If I could give NO STARS I would. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. My son and I was served raw double cheese burgers and on top of that we took the burgers back to the staff and one of the in the back that cooks had something rude to say. It upset me and my son. They tried to offer new burgers but was thru them. I wanted my money back and I got. Never will I return there.

I really wanted a regular hamburger but when I went up and looked the menu only had kids meals items two menus of it and no regular hamburgers for adults. So my wife and I had to order two kids meals because we didn’t see what we wanted on the visible and you.
