Worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolutely the most unorganized business in the area. Always takes way too long for service, and half the time, the order is wrong. Took 5 minutes to just be acknowledged at the counter. They should just close this location down.

Im sorry I have to give this store only 1 star, I’ve been waiting in this line, the first lane for about 7 minutes. The second lane hasn’t moved at all and there’s about 8 or so cars behind me. The cars behind me have started driving off. I have no idea what’s going on at this store anymore but y’all need to fix it. Not to mention it’s RAINING. My car is getting SOAKED from having to wait this long. And to clarify that NO ONE before us was at the pay window or pickup.

Terrible terrible terrible. Place an order today missing items from my order no one will answer the phone Uber eats surprisingly cannot assist. Do not eat here I repeat do not eat here. Keep on driving to the McDonald’s towards the bottom of Warrenton road by Geico. They’re seriously must be a new manager in here lately cuz this is outrageous!

Order a Bacon Quarter Pounder MEAL the burger had no bacon at all and the meal didn’t come with any fries. So had to order all over again and tried to call 3 times to talk to someone and no one answered the phone! Something so simple can’t even be done correctly. Awful.

Ask for a number one breakfast combo which is a sausage McMuffin. Got a ham McMuffin. Went back in and politely asked for a swamp. Ended up getting a crusty cheeseburger. Everybody had an attitude. They also took my hash brown away I basically spent $8 for a large sweet tea and a crusty cheeseburger that wasn’t even fresh. I’m not mad. I’m just really disappointed and I was also desperately hungry. Save your time and your money don’t come here

Did an app order and one of the meals did not go through, when I got to the window, the lady handed me my order, I realized a meal was missing so I blew my horn to get the lady attention. I informed the lady it should have been TWO meals one should have came with a orange juice, she gives me the orange juice, and them disappears again & says nothing. I had to blow the horn again and I different lady came to the window. I asked to speak to a manager, the lady informed she was the manager and I informed her, the employee was very rude. I informed the manager once again it should have been TWO meals and can she just ADD the meal or ring up the meal so I can pay & be on my way. Once I was given the meal and paid for it, it was not the correct order and I made sure that I checked my receipt before saying anything. At that point I was not even hungry anymore and I asked for a refund. I don’t know what the lady issue was but Iron out your issues before you come to work. I won’t return to this establishment again.
