I’m here on business and this is the closest place to my hotel. I’ve tried them 3 different times thru the app. Each and every time there was an issue. Not only did I have to go into to get my order. It was wrong each and every time. And the staff including the manager are beyond rude. I choose to spend my $$ and this is what your business deems acceptable. Needless to say I will never visit this location again. If only there was a way to give negative stars.

I ordered a buy one get one free breakfast sandwich she gave me one and refuses to give me another I showed her the app and still refuses. This occurred on July 30 2023 at exactly 10:12am this is the most incompetent individual I’ve ever seen extremely rude and should not be wearing a manager shirt. I asked her for her name and she simply refuses to give me her name she has no name tag as well.

The best fountain Coca-Cola is at the McDonalds drive through, not in the dining room where customers dispense their own. The drive through has a semi-automatic dispensing machine and the soda syrup has faster turnover. Being a franchise, the water used to mix the soda is filtered and the ice is always odorless.

I understand these employees get paid way less than what they actually deserve but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to customers, apparently they do not know how to respond to a “thank you” or “please”, when I went to the first window to pay for my order I asked for my receipt and the lady hesitated on handing out the receipt, then I had to ask a second time and then she handed out my receipt along with 3 other receipts from the customers before me, and I just find that annoying and disrespectful in many ways. Then I went for the second window to get my food, I got my food and then asked the guy if I could get some barbecue sauce and he just stared at me but handed me the Sauce and then I said thank you and he did not say anything back which can sound childish from my part but this a business based on customer service. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s.

The floor manager , I think her name is Maria , kind of short and chubby was very rude, impolite and seemed to be stupid.Ordered just a coffee on drive thru and they gave me a bag full of foods, I told them it’s not my order,finally got my coffee and checked my Visa and was charged $13.92 , came inside talked to her, she said it was my fault and I have to order something else instead of refund!!!! She is a very bad image to be an McDonald employee,she shouldn’t be there and should be removed. The franchise owner please be aware of this situation and remove the flier from your soup.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have complained to McDonald’s corporate about this franchise and was told I’d receive a resolution and apology from the GM within 10 business days and have still not heard from them. At the time of posting it has been well over 30 business days since the complaint.
