Worst McDonald’s ever? Broken kiosk hasn’t been fixed in months. Halfway attentive employees sometimes come to the counter. Kiosk allows you to order items they don’t have (they could update availability but they don’t). Something is always broken or out of stock. Not sure why I keep trying – I guess because it’s so convenient – but I have yet to receive an entire order from them, and have twice required a full refund and just walked out.

This McDonalds is um. Really weird? The ice cream machine has been broken for months with no sign of it being repaired, and everytime I go to there, I always have to run back because something in the order is likely wrong. When it comes to late night McDonalds, they’re not a bad option, but the one closer to mosaic is often more consistent, open 24/7, and primarily more crowded. Pick and choose I suppose!

Ordered a happy meal and wanted to use a coupon for free fries. Cashier and manager insisted since I hadn’t presented the coupon at time of order they wouldn’t honor it. Crazy how I literally was standing in the line and they wouldn’t do it.

Went at lunch time on a Friday. There weren’t many people there so I was worried my food wouldn’t be hot but it came out nice and hot and was very good. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. I ate in the restaurant. A few of the tables were dirty and around the drink machine was a little messy but it wasn’t a big deal. Over all I had a good experience and will definitely be back.

Out of all the McDonald’s in the area, this is my favorite one. They don’t have a drive through, but it’s still my favorite. Maybe it’s because business slowed after quarantine, so more time can be spent on the actual quality of the food. I’m not sure what it is but I feel like the burgers from here sometime makes me forget that I’m eating fast food at all.

Been here several times. Fry machine has been broken. Not enough crew. No fried chicken only grilled. During off hours food is not fresh or edible. They didn’t even bother to stir my mcflurry. Not enough space during peak hours. No drive thru. I have not had many good experiences here.

The staff was busy but very attentive to all their customers. I was working construction in the area as most of the other early morning customers. Albeit a small McDonald’s, it ran efficiently and expeditiously and happy to say, better than many of the larger places I’ve been to.
