I never write a review online but this was an outrageous experience LMAOO. I made online order through McDonalds app and waited 15 minutes since they seemed busy but food didnt come out so i asked one of the worker if they have my order but she just yelled my order number and went back to work without telling me anything. Another 15 minutes later I asked another worker if they have my order but he told me their system doesnt have the order and i cant get my order even if i have recepit. He told me to find something on app that can help me but I couldnt find anything and app just told me to contact the restaurant i orderd at, which i was at. Rush was over so I asked them again about the situation and they just told me they cant do anything even if i have recepit and one of the worker just told me she doesnt have time for this and told me to figure out and left. I was sitting down in the reataurant for an hour trying to figure out way to either get refunded or get my food but since headquarters customer service is closed at the moment I just had to leave with no refund, no help, no food. Just paid them for me to stay there for an hour.

I jus ordered a shamrock shake. Instead of walking over and making my milkshake. The two employees just stood around waiting for previous orders to be finished being cooked. So I had to wait 17 min for my milkshake because they choose to finish orders for people who hadn’t even arrived at the McDonald’s yet. If they were super busy, I would almost understand. But they were just standing there waiting talking to each other in Spanish for the majority of the time. Unbelievable. It’s a milkshake!!!!!

I never really had a bad experience at McDonald’s until now. I ordered a quarter pounder meal but the meat patty for the quarter pounder was clearly one for a Big Mac… i have never seen a quarter pounder patty that small. I don’t get why employees working at big chains feel the need to switch out patty sizes. I’m not the one to complain at fast chains but it’s just annoying

I haven’t been to this McDs in many years. I did notice when this shopping center was going through a remodeling. I didn’t expect this McDs broke away from its traditional decor to something I have never seen before. I recently visited the Big Mac Museum/McDs in PA, and seeing this McDs with its unique decor as well, I love it. All the McDs should have its own decor which could turn into a mini tourist attraction while customers dine. I was also very surprised that the lady who took my order was very polite and nice. Which is a change from the McDs I frequent. Many McDs employees that I encountered at other McDs appear to have no customer service skills. I really appreciate that this employee at the McDs made me feel my business is welcome. Thanks!!

This place is usually good and it’s been better than as of late. Things have been getting more progressively lackadaisical. Today they shorted me a hash brown. Which of course I didn’t check the bag because they’re usually better than that. However they shorted it last time and I caught it in time. But like I said the service industry in general is getting worse

We were in the area on a late Oct. Saturday morning to see the club football team game at the nearby univ. I ordered a big Mac meal and my brother wanted to make use of the McDonalds app for the two dollar Big Mac offer with a win by the hometown NBA team the previous night. We asked for the manager to help out with the app offer and after a few short moments had our discount rung up on the register with taxes included, for only $2.31. Three weeks later, we returned back again to the area for a Friday night high school playoff game and made a take out order for the hometown NBA win offer with the app once again for the $2 big Mac. The woman manager didn’t bother with ringing our order, 8 let us have the big Mac gratis. Other McDonalds locations around northern Virginia much closer to D.C. aren’t of any help at all with that $2 big Mac offer, so I wanted to be certain to compliment this location for its help with the offer.
